About Me

After seven years of working in the music and media industries in London, I re-trained and qualified as a counsellor in 2008
with a Certificate in Counselling from wpf, London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (with Distinction) from Thames Valley University, Middlesex (now known as the University of West London).

I worked in NHS & primary school settings with both adults & children before moving to the North of England in 2009. I then started providing counselling for a charity for people affected by gambling, both gamblers themselves & concerned others. I have been in private practice since 2010.

I have experience and a special interest in:

Addictions (particularly process addictions such as gambling, pornography and sex addiction), abuse, anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, obsessions and compulsions, relationship issues, spirituality and general counselling.
